The method is standard systems engineering. The difference is that architecture, analysis and verification stay on one thread.

    Digital models to define, analyse and manage requirements. Traceability across the project, not a slide deck that drifts from the product.

    Standard system architecture so stakeholders can see structure, behaviour and interfaces in the same language.

  3. V-Model

    Development structured from requirements through design and implementation to validation. Each left-side decision has a right-side test.

  4. Requirements engineering

    Stakeholder needs captured so the system is built against goals, not against the loudest drawing.

  5. Verification & validation

    Planned V&V so the product meets the specification and holds up in the conditions it will actually see.
